The Medical Laboratory Services Unit is headed by a Deputy Director and is charged with the responsibility of coordinating and managing the activities of all the Laboratory Services and personnel in all the FCTA Hospitals including services delivery and training of Interns. Services provided include specialized Laboratory investigations in the field of:

• Clinical Chemistry,
• Medical Microbiology,
• Haematology and Blood Transfusion,

Virology, Immunology and Parasitology
