Apart from the major Clinical specialties of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, General Surgery and Internal Medicine which is available in all the hospitals, the City hospitals and some of the Suburban hospitals are providing subspecialized services such as Urology, Neuro-surgery & Spine surgery, Laparascopic Gynaecological procedures, Haemodialysis, ICU, ENT, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Radio-diagnosis including CT Scan, Flouroscopy, Mammography, Echocardiography and numerous other services.

These are complemented by high standard of Medical laboratory, Physiotherapy, Mortuary, Pharmaceutical Care, Dental, Optometry, Medical Records and Biomedical Engineering Services. Psychiatry services are available in Wuse, Asokoro and Kubwa hospitals.

The three (3) City hospitals are accredited for Postgraduate Residency training in Family Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynaecology. They are also accredited by the relevant regulatory bodies for the training of House Officers and Intern Medical Laboratory Scientists, Pharmacists and Radiographers.
