The Director, Finance and Accounts is responsible for the overall financial management of the Hospital Management Board. The office oversees the 14 FCTA Hospitals and HMB Headquarter,budgeting, financial planning, accounting operations, , expenditure control, payroll administration, financial reporting, and compliance with government financial regulations. The following are the unit under the department:  Budget, other charges, Salary, Tax, Fixed Asset,  CPO and Final Account.The Director ensures prudent management of public funds, maintains accurate financial records, coordinates audits, advises management on financial matters, and supports the Board in achieving its healthcare objectives through sound financial stewardship and accountability.
